Prenatal Massage

Prenatal Massage is the perfect way to spare yourself from most common issues associated with childbearing. Prenatal Massage helps to alleviate back pain, prevent swelling, decrease tiredness in the feet and prepares you for giving birth. The less tension you have in your body before going into labor the more quicker and easier the process is and the recovering is faster as well.

Before scheduling a massage, consulting with a doctor is mandatory.

How the massage is carried out:

The Prenatal Massage we offer is based on Thai Massage. This means that the massage is done on the ground and on a massage mat and through clothes. In Thai Massage there are quite a few strecthes which we use as well. We go through most of the body, using different poses which are comfortable for the soon to be mother. The masseuse uses pillows and a beanbag to achieve maximum comfort.

NB! On the first trimester it is recommended to take massage for a shorter time and only for these women who were active before they got pregnant.
