Osso Massage Terms of Sale

Terms of sale – online store

The owner of Osso Massage’s online store (hereinafter the Online Store) is Parem Keha OÜ (registry code 16332773), located at www.osso.ee.

Validity of sales agreement, product and price information

These terms apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.

Product prices are listed next to each item. Delivery fees are added to the total price. All prices are in euros.

Delivery costs depend on the buyer’s location and delivery method. Final delivery costs are shown during checkout.

Placing an order

To place an order, add desired products to the cart, fill in the required fields, and choose a suitable delivery method. The total cost will then be displayed and can be paid securely via:

  • Estonian bank links

 

Note: When using a bank link, be sure to click “Return to merchant” after completing the payment.

Payments are handled by Maksekeskus AS in a secure environment. The seller does not have access to the buyer’s banking or card details. The sales agreement takes effect once the payment is received in the Online Store’s account.

The Online Store is the controller of personal data and transmits the necessary information to Maksekeskus AS for payment processing.

If a product cannot be delivered (e.g. out of stock), the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and refunded in full (including delivery fees) within 14 days.

Delivery

Products are shipped within Estonia.

Delivery options:

  • Omniva parcel machines

 

Shipping costs are covered by the buyer and shown during the checkout process.

Deliveries within Estonia typically arrive within 2–5 business days after the agreement takes effect.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

Note: According to the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (§ 53 (4) 4), for health and hygiene reasons, kinesiology tapes and shower foams cannot be returned if opened. Withdrawal is only possible if the product is unopened and unused.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.

Products may only be tested in a way allowed in physical stores – to examine the nature, features, and functioning.

To withdraw, fill out the withdrawal form and send it to info@osso.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof of return to the carrier.

The Online Store will refund the buyer promptly, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

 

The Online Store may delay the refund until the goods are received or proof of return is provided.

If the buyer chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard option, the Online Store is not required to reimburse the additional cost.

The Online Store has the right to cancel the sale if the product price was significantly incorrect due to an error.

Right to file a complaint

The Online Store is liable for defects that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within 2 years. For the first year, it is presumed the defect existed at the time of delivery.

The buyer must notify the Online Store within 2 months of discovering the defect by emailing info@osso.ee or calling +372 532 44 795.

The Online Store is not responsible for defects that appear after the goods are delivered.

If a product is defective, the Online Store will repair or replace it. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

 

All complaints will be answered within 15 days.

Direct marketing and data processing

Personal data provided during checkout is used only for processing the order and delivering the goods.

Data needed for delivery is shared with the transport service provider.

The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email only if the buyer has opted in by entering their email and requesting direct marketing.

Buyers can unsubscribe from emails at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in the emails.

 

 

Dispute resolution

Complaints should be sent to info@osso.ee or by calling +372 532 44 795.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. Conditions and the application form are available here. The committee resolves disputes between consumers and businesses. The process is free of charge.
