• Preparation depends on the type of massage you have chosen. • For table massages, regular clothing is suitable; underwear should remain on (disposable underwear can be provided if needed). • For massages on a mat (Thai Massage, Traditional Estonian Massage, Pregnancy Massage on a mat), please bring comfortable home or sportswear, as the massage is performed through clothing. • Avoid eating a heavy meal right before your session, as a very full stomach may cause discomfort during the massage. • Tie up long hair and remove necklaces and smartwatches before the session. • Please inform us in advance of any allergies (oils, creams) so we can take them into account.

We recommend arriving about 5–10 minutes before your massage session. This allows you to change clothes calmly, settle in comfortably, and start the session on time. It also gives you a moment to relax beforehand, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

You can cancel your massage appointment up to 12 hours before the start time, either through the link in the confirmation email or by writing to us at info@osso.ee.(mailto:info@osso.ee) In case of being late, please note that the massage session will simply be shorter.

An Osso Massaaž gift card is valid until the date indicated on the card. After the expiration date, gift cards can no longer be accepted or extended. We recommend booking your massage appointment in advance to ensure availability before the expiry date.
