Can I get an invoice for insurance purposes?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if desired, we can send a PDF invoice by email, which can be used with your insurance provider.

What should I wear, and is there anything I need to prepare?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the type of massage chosen.

For massages done on the massage bed, the usual attire applies, with underwear kept on (if not, we can provide disposable underwear).

For mat massages (Thai massage, Old Estonian massage, pregnancy massage), please bring comfortable home or sportswear, as the massage is performed through clothing.

In any case, please tie up your hair and remove necklaces and smartwatches before the session.

If you have any allergies (oils/creams), let us know in advance.

Should I arrive early?

We recommend arriving about 5–10 minutes before your massage session.

This allows you to change clothes calmly, settle in comfortably, and start the session on time. It also gives you a moment to relax beforehand, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

What is your policy on cancellation and on being late?

You can cancel your massage appointment up to 12 hours before the start time, either through the link in the confirmation email or by writing to us at info@osso.ee.(mailto:info@osso.ee)

In case of being late, please note that the massage session will simply be shorter.

Question 6

Does the massage gift card have an expiration date?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Osso Massage gift cards are valid until the date marked on the card as “Valid until:”. After the expiry date, we unfortunately do not accept or extend gift cards. We recommend booking your massage in advance to secure a suitable time before the deadline.
