Masseuse

I am a vocational student in the massage therapy program at the Estonian School of Applied Massage and Therapy. I have completed training in classical massage, sports massage, Thai and aromatherapy massage, reflexology, and on-site massage, and I continuously improve my skills by learning new techniques.

I believe that a massage therapist plays an important role in supporting a person’s overall health and well-being. A thoughtful, client-centered massage relieves muscle tension, improves joint mobility, stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation, and helps reduce stress — all of which support both physical and mental well-being.

My long-term experience as a recreational athlete (I am a member of the Estonian Shotokan Karate Association) has given me a deeper understanding of how the body works — in terms of exertion, recovery, and body awareness. This helps me better understand the needs of clients, especially those who are physically active or involved in sports.

Before the session, I take time to listen to your expectations, previous experiences, and areas of concern. Based on this, I choose the appropriate massage techniques and approach to make the session effective and beneficial.
