I am a massage therapist with a Level 5 professional qualification. For me, massage is a conscious and supportive way to help the body restore balance – to relieve tension, calm the nervous system, and create space for deeper relaxation.


As a mother of three, prenatal and postnatal massage are especially close to my heart. From personal experience, I understand how many changes a woman’s body goes through during this time and how important it is to take time for oneself and support recovery gently and mindfully. I provide pregnancy massage both on a mat and on a massage table. In addition, I am trained in classical massage, segmental massage, aromatherapy massage, Thai massage, facial massage, and sports massage. My knowledge is further supported by a kinesiology taping certificate and studies in trigger point therapy.


Each session is tailored specifically for you — I listen carefully to how your body feels and choose techniques according to your needs and wellbeing. My massage style is calm and present, combining deep relaxation with conscious bodywork.


There is no need to wait until the body signals pain. Often, it is enough to allow yourself to slow down, breathe more deeply, and let the body rest. If you feel you need time for yourself, recovery, or simply a moment of quiet and care.
