2. NATURE OF SERVICES

Osso Massaaž provides massage services in accordance with the service descriptions and price list published on the website.

Massage services are not healthcare services and do not replace medical care or medical treatment.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

Service prices are published on the website and include all taxes required by law.

Payment is made according to the payment method selected at the time of booking.

A booking can be changed or cancelled free of charge no later than 12 hours before the service start time.

If the client:

cancels the booking less than 12 hours before the service;

the Service Provider has the right to charge a fee of 50% of the price of the booked service.

In case of late arrival, the service time will be reduced in proportion to the delay, but the full price of the booked service remains payable.

In the event of repeated violations, the Service Provider has the right to refuse further bookings.

6. GIFT CARDS

A gift card is valid until the date indicated on the card.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, and any unused amount will not be refunded in cash.

After the expiry date, the gift card will not be accepted and will not be extended.

The use of Google services is also subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
